Do you accept insurance?

While I am not in-network with any insurance companies, I can accept your insurance if it is eligible for visits through the third-party billing companies I use: The Lactation Network and Wildflower.

If approved for insurance coverage, there will be a travel fee that applies to home visits (see below for more info).

Your plan needs to be approved on or before the day of our consultation (please allow 1-2 business days for your form to be processed).

What is The Lactation Network?

Empowered Breastfeeding is contracted with The Lactation Network to provide lactation services to eligible families. This will depend on your specific plan and coverage. The Lactation Network accepts many PPO plans, such as:

• Blue Cross PPO 

• Blue Shield PPO

• Anthem PPO 

• United Healthcare plans (*telehealth not included)

• As well as many other plans that utilize MultiPlan and PNOA.
  (Please note that PNOA and MultiPlan logos will appear alongside other payers on the medical insurance card like Aetna or UHC. If the card includes the PNOA or MultiPlan logos, you maybe eligible)

What is Wildflower?
