Pacifiers
This pacifier is a great option for suck training
You likely received this pacifier during your hospital stay
Ideally, pacifiers are not used at all until after 2 weeks. Pacifiers should be used after feedings (not to delay feedings) for short periods of time.
Great uses for pacifiers include: suck training (as recommended by your IBCLC), during car rides, and for infants who struggle with reflux symptoms.

Flanges
Your nipple diameter will most likely be your flange size (nipple elasticity and breast anatomy may be a factor in choosing the size that is best for you).
For Example, if your nipple measures 15mm, start with a 15mm flange size.
Always lubricate the flange tunnel with olive or coconut oil to reduce friction.
