Check Insurance coverage before booking!

We accept insurance through The Lactation Network (i.e. UHC, BCBC, Anthem, Multiplan, PNOA) and Wildflower Health (i.e. Cigna).

If your insurance is approved, the cost of your consultation will be 100% covered; please note, a travel fee will apply to in-home consultations (please see FAQ page for more info). Your plan needs to be approved on or before the day of our consultation (please allow 1-2 business days for your form to be processed).

If you choose self-pay, you will provided a super bill to submit to your insurance after payment. To check your out-of-network lactation benefits, please reach out to your insurance. We are not in-network with any insurance companies. For self-pay visits in certain zip codes, a travel fee may apply (please see FAQ page for more info).
